Why do I prefer to be behind bars? (The good kind that is) It's really about the two C's: Chemistry and Clients.

Chemistry. I'm like a mad scientist creating a perfect balance between spirits and an infusion of just the right flavors.

More importantly, the Client. There is nothing better than providing top notch customer service and serving a cocktail that is sure to bring a satisfying smile. 

So here I am. Life experience has led me to where I love to be-meeting awesome people and presenting them with amazing cocktails.
